I L YIQIQG A. , Mzmonn-a:cnA L P GILMQRE -li P Gilmore supervising principal of the Bloomsburg School district for the past two years has long been associated with education His scope has included the Atlantic and Pacific Coast and has consisted of work both in sec ondary education and 1n teacher training After graduating from Williamsport High School in 1906 Mr Gilmore received his A B from Lehigh University in 1910 Three years ago Bucknell Llmversity honored him with the A M degree Mr Gilmore came to Bloomsburg in 1928 as a teacher of General Science in the 9th grade of the newly rebuilt high school His exper teaching in Danville Va one year at Dallas College Dallas Cre one year of teaching in Salem High School Salen Ure head of the science department of the Oregon Normal School Monmouth Ure for eight years vxhere he also coached baseball and basketball Be fore coming to Bloomsburg Principal Gilmore taught in the high school at Hughesville Pa and also for tvuo years acted as principal of the junior senior high school at Wellsvllle Pa Under his supervision progress has been QVI dent Scholastic standards are constantly be mg raised and the ultimate goal of achievement is bemg realized ience previous to this time included one year of I Y V . .
