The members of Proscenium Players strived to pre- sent the best in dramatic entertainment to their public. With this thought in mind, the club presented a three act play, Brother Goosef' a Christmas play for convo- cation, a one act play for Drama Night, and several other one act plays for various club meetings and social functions. Each member of the club looks forward to the presen- tation of the gold engraved loving cups which are given to the two outstanding senior dramatists at the end of the year. Another tradition of the club is one concern- ing two old make-up sweatshirts. Each year the present owners pass the shirt down to the junior boy and girl they consider the most outstanding. The proud owners this past year were Kenny Simpson and Paddy Engle. Proscenium Players. There were crew-heads for each of these divisions to supervise and aid crew members in their jobs. To be admitted to this staff a person had to show a good citizen- ship rating and an added interest in the staff. Members not only gained experience from working on the Technical Staff, but they also re- ceived points toward membership into Thespians. Mr. William T. Voorhies was the sponsor.
