A boy and girl posting pretty pictures on a mounting board. A typist hitting the keys at sixty words a minute. Any one of the three sponsors that might be there looking over people's shoulders and generally interfering with everybody. A zealous business manager and his equally zealous assistants with their heads together plot- ting how to break down sales resistance. That's the Gothic Office. Charles l-lomann was chosen editor-in-chief and Bob Ratchford business manager by the Class of l942 last spring.
