5 wick ei Students then headed for Suburban Lanes for a night of bowling. A buffet style snack of ham, cheeses, and breads was served. Names were drawn and prizes donated by local businesses were given. After bowling, an early break- fast was served in the BHS cafeteria. Everyone then headed home to get some sleep. Seniors only had time for a few hours sleep before they had to get ready for another memorable night graduation! Upper Left: Dancing to the music of Free Reign, Jennifer Clark keeps the beat. PRUM THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW FOR DREAMS TO COME TRUE Dark and thundering skies greeted students Friday moming threatening to bring a rainy prom. By that aftemoon, though, the weather cleared up with hopes of a nice evening. Tables decorated with floral cen- terpieces of daisies, greenery, roses, carnations, and soft lights enhanced the dining area. Each student and their guest received a glass with the crimson colored inscription, You Needed Me. After finishing dinner the floor was cleared for the dance. Music was provided by Free Reign. Before the dance was over, the crowning took place. Brad Gilliland and Tami Thompson were named Prince and Princessg Stan Stansberry and Tammy Hendren, King and Queen. COMMENCEMENT As the band began to play Pomp and Circumstance, the seniors marched in anxiously awaiting the moment when they, as a class, would turn their tassles to signify that they were no longer students but alumni of Bloomfield High School. Upper: Rick Teague waits patiently for the time when his name will be called for him to receive his diploma.
