PRUM THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW FOR DREAMS TO COME TRUE Dark and thundering skies greeted students Friday moming threatening to bring a rainy prom. By that aftemoon, though, the weather cleared up with hopes of a nice evening. Tables decorated with floral cen- terpieces of daisies, greenery, roses, carnations, and soft lights enhanced the dining area. Each student and their guest received a glass with the crimson colored inscription, You Needed Me. After finishing dinner the floor was cleared for the dance. Music was provided by Free Reign. Before the dance was over, the crowning took place. Brad Gilliland and Tami Thompson were named Prince and Princessg Stan Stansberry and Tammy Hendren, King and Queen. CINCINNATI IS A HIT T0 BAND MEMBERS ,Ewa N 1 ,V L K4 1 .,,, , t Vp '11 - . 1 ,1 iw, QI 19' l WJGFZPMHMYV This year the band toured Cincinnati, Ohio. They left early one Friday and stayed one night. During their visit they stayed at Shoffers Cincinnati Towers. The band visited Velvasheen where they saw T-shirts being printed and silk-screened. Later the members ate at a dinner theater, the Beef and Boards, and then saw the Music Man. Saturday morning students went shopping or just slept. In the afternoon, the band went to see the Cincinnati Reds take on the San Francisco Giants. After the game, students climbed aboard buses and arrived home about 9:30 p.m. Upper: Joe Neidigh, Dale Hall, and Jim Warnick converse about the many things they saw while in Cincinnati. Middle Left: While watching the game, Debbie VanDeventer and Tricia Paikos wonder who will score next. Middle: While watching the game, Rita Pearson doesn't agree that a foul ball should have been called. Middle Right: Randy White reflects upon the happenings of his last band tour. 5 wick ei Students then headed for Suburban Lanes for a night of bowling. A buffet style snack of ham, cheeses, and breads was served. Names were drawn and prizes donated by local businesses were given. After bowling, an early break- fast was served in the BHS cafeteria. Everyone then headed home to get some sleep. Seniors only had time for a few hours sleep before they had to get ready for another memorable night graduation! Upper Left: Dancing to the music of Free Reign, Jennifer Clark keeps the beat.
