Chorus lt is victory today For the Purple and the Gold The colors of the Bloomfield High, We will climb the highest hill, And will shout with voices bold The praises of the Bloomfield High, We are very proud of her, For since 1898, she has Stood as a peerless school of learning. In declamatory fights She has carried off the prize, While other schools for victory were yearning. With the basket and the ball She is noted for her fame, And no team can break down her mighty standard, Every student in accord has the spirit of the high, And to win by her colors we are banded. We will stand for Bloomfield High And defend her worthy name, Though we bid her farewell and go forever, We will think of all the days When within her honored walls, There was born for her a love that none can sever.
