JIS Reel Party The Freshman-Sophomore Annual Party. The Sophomore Art Film Company invites you to assist in the production of a four-reel motion picture, Saturday evening, February 16. Come dressed in the screen role you have always yearned to play. Be on the lot at seven-thirty sharp! The Sophomore Class Producers and Directors. About one hundred and sixty responded to the above invitations and were received in the gymnasium which was converted into a Holly- wood studio. The red and white of St. Va1entine's day was in evidence in all the decorations, and hearts were easily trumps. The four reels were carried out as follows: Reel One Choosing' the most cleverly costumed movie star: Each con- testant, appearing within a large heart frame, was voted the reel thing, but the honors went to Esther Skinner as Larry Semon, Ova Mc- Mains as Shirley Mason, and llan Harper as Charlie Chaplin. Reel Two A romance of B. H. S., a four act scenario reely', written for the occasion and acted, too, in reel movie fashion. Reel Three A bit of real ism-an imitation of and take off on the faculty. Reel Four Real Food Partners were found by matching pictures of movie artists and the boys went in search of refreshments for two. Valentines were served, consisting of heart shaped meringues filled with red jello tipped with whipped cream, and all placed on lace paper doilies. Snapshots were taken of various groups by visiting Senior pro- tographers. Good night was said with 'freel regret.
