Billy Frost Principal .gclminibfrafion Ronnie Surratt Superintendent S -ur' ,ff Billy Don Frost, a graduate of East Texas State University at Commerce, is in his third year as Principal of BHS. He received his Bachelor of Sci- ence and Master of Science degrees from ETSU. Mr. Frost was a teacherfcoach at Lin- den for I year and a teacher in Atlanta for 7 years. Ronnie D. Surratt, a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, has been associated with Bloomburg School for 13 years, 7 of which were in capacity of principal. He received his Master's degree from East Texas State University at Tex- arkana and his Administrative de- gree from East Texas State Uni- versity at Commerce.
