The Mousetrap Captures Irs Audience Whodunit? Thor is a word which sums up rhe Agarho Christie murder mystery, The Mouse- trap, presented by Mr. Huneryoger ond Ms. Forbes. In rhe play, Molly (Carol Goff) ond G'les Ralston (Bernie Guerrero) decide ro open their own guest house, Monkswell Manor. Because of o snowstorm, their guests hove great difficul- ty in getting there, bur one by one they oil arrive. Meanwhile, rhe storm continues, making ir impossible for them ro leave. The Ralstons then receive a phone call from rhe police superintendent, saying he is sending over a police officer (Sam Ramey). When rhis officer, Detective-Sergeant Trotter, arrives, the mystery begins. It seems that a murder had been somehow connected with Monkswell Manor and that one of rhe guests may have been involved! Ir is also suspected that someone else wos going ro be murdered and that rhe murder may rake place at rhe Manor. The sus- pense continued ro build until rhe tension filled moment when rhe secret was revealed. Many hours of preparation went into rhe fall play. The construction crew, headed by John Ramey, spent long hours building sets for rhe play and included: Tammy Brassfield, Kathy Cada, Carl Cross, Linda Eichstoedr, Joann Ga- dorri, Bernie Guerrero, Wayne Holmes, Ed Kon- ieezka, 5am Lapin, Terry Lindsey, Robert Lopez, David Martinez, Virginia Melone, Regina Powell, and Sheila Volpe. The House Committee was headed by Parry Mazzuckelli and wos in charge of ushering and ticker raking. The members of rhis committee were: Tom Burkholder, Patricia Carey, Michelle Compton, John Nieberle, Marlene Pedroza, Lin- da Sass and Cherri Smith. The Make-up, costume, and publicity crews were headed by Barb Neves, Laura Cross, and Michelle Compton, respectively. The technical crews were very important ro rhe play and were headed by rhe following: Terry Lindsey, Lucio Martinez and Sam Lapin. 24 The Mousetrap
