Hours of Practice Make Senior Class Play a Success Months before the presentation of the Senior class play, 4'The Diary of Anne Frank, prepara- tion began. Students gave much of their time and hard work to insure the success of this dramatic oliering. The hours they spent after school paid off when an excellent production was offered on October l, November 1 and 2. A great deal of be- hind-the-scenes work is not noticeable to the pub- lic. Correct lighting, quick scenery changes, per- fect make-up, and many other small but necessary jobs must be fulhlled by the students. Necessary for a good play is an able cast. When all the great talent was combined, practice made perfect and practice paid off opening night. In the midst of n heated discussion Barry Fasman, as Mr. Dussel, seems to be opposed by Mrs. Van Daan, Carol Adams, and Mr. Van Daan, Barry Gordon. an L What's the matter, l1uh!, says Rose Rotondi, in the role of Anne Frank.
