Many Moments to emember -ll' VIIVIV T AIX Rx 1 f King olm and ueen Carole will have this Moment to Remember Tick-tock tick-tock tick-tock time marched by in an ever-quickeninfr pace in 1959 but Bloomites were still able to find time to reminisce over happy memories of Moments to Remember, the annual homecoming dance. Spun gold pillars, picturesque alcoves, and gigan- tic cardboard clocks transformed the cafeteria into a memory lane for this semi-formal dance. Home- coming, held on November 29, was attended by Bloom students their guests and alumni. Tension mounted as each couple filled with a sense of anxious anticipation, awaited the stroke of ll. At this time Carole DeLuca and ohn Barrett became the monarchs of the 1959 Homecoming. The misty-eyed couples then danced on till mid- night to the music of Dan Caron and his orchestra This brought to a close an evening filled with .lI0n1f'r1ls to Re111mnI1f'r . 29
