Doncers Swciy to Southern Melodies They'd looked forward to it for months. He was splen- didly dressed in his tux and she was beautiful in her gown. Angeline Rotolo helps out Al Cardilli and his band at the Tro-Cat Tromp. Informal Dances Celebrate Wins Within one month Bloomites had two chances to let off steam after a big victory. Although the annual Blue and White dance on February l was intended to relieve post- exam blues, the win over Lockport was an even better reason to rejoice. Then, exactly one month later, March l, the gym was again filled with dancing couples. This time, however, the opposition joined in the fun at the Tro- Cat Tromp. Bloom and Thornton students for- got their rivalry for the night as they marked the end of the basketball season together. Pro- ceeds from the dance were put in a fund to finance a foreign student at Bloom. Trojans and Wildcats momentarily forget friendly feuds as they meet at the Tro-Cat Tromp. Loyal Bloomites jump for joy at the Blue and White Dance.
