Then the minds ot men began to make the dream come true as the bond issue was passed, ar- chitects drew up plans, and construction workers moved in. Slowly, under the very eyes ot Bloom- ites, a new school grew. It wasn't an easy growth. There were delays, prob- lems, unexpected ex- penses. Teachers strug- gled to be heard above the roar ot tractors and steady grinding of cement mixers. When the noise ceased and the ever-pres- ent dust settled, there stood the beginning of New Bloom-a dream come true.
