The Parent Teacher Association The Bloom Parent-Teachers Association serves to establish a vital connecting link between the school itself and the people ot the community who are indirectly responsible for the welfare of the high school. This group is interested in the education and activities of the school, and they help to form a better understanding between the teachers and the parents., This, ieeling of cooperation enables the student to derive the greatest possible benefit from his pas- sage through Bloom. As a result ot their various activities the community becomes acquainted with the problems of the school and is better able to aid in solving them successfully.
