Bloom The Board of Education The Board of Education has accomplished a great deal this year by realizing fully the plans which were started last year to give the teachers and students more commodious quarters and more convenient apparatus. Many valuable books have been secured for the library by appropriations which the Board has made. They also have made it possible for every student in Bloom to get an Annual by placing price at one dollar. Bloom has never had its own athletic field; but through the Board ' s efforts, it now possesses one which is ready to stage all athletic contests.
