Students in this program studied under the direction of Dr . Myron Bardige, Mrs . Eleanor Wylde and Dr . John Fox, A - ' A - taking such courses as Oral Pathology, Dental Materials, Patient Management, Pharmacology, Anatomy and Physiology, Equipment - and Instrument Care, Dental X-Ray, and others . Classes met in the Wallace House on the campus which was rechristened the Dental Assistants Educa- tional Training Center . In addition to their regular courses, the second semester pro- am included on the 'ob work experi ence in private dental offices After ST ' 'J ' - one year of training the students will have completed the education courses necessary for taking the examinations for becoming Certified Dental Assistants . It is antici- pated that the graduates of this program will find employment in dentists' offices in the area .
