Di vision of Fine Arts The Fine Arts Department offers a means of self-expression to the Blinn students. Abilities and talents are recog- nized, utilized, and developed. Speech students develop good speaking habits and learn about content in a speech. Students participate in area and State Speech meets and drama festival. Students in drama courses, theory and production, participate in productions. Both instrumental and vocal musicians find many areas for participation in performing groups. Classroom and labor- atory situations provide opportunities for development of musical skills and knowl- edge. The Drill Team offers opportunities for performing and training.
