Schwartz Dormitory Schwartz Dormitory was built in 1965 in honor of the Dean of Student Services, W. C. Schwartz. The most outstanding feature about Schwartz Dormitory was the mutual affection between Mrs. Long, the dormitory supervisor, and the occupants of the dormitory. She was called Mana Long by a vast majority of the students who lived in Schwartz I-lall. She was well liked and respected. Residents of Schwartz l-lall expressed great interest in athletics. The residents of the dormitory participated in basketball and football intramurals. This year they had the winning team in intra- mural football.
