Mu Alpha Theta Mu Alpha Theta is a national honor society in mathematics for the junior college student. lts purpose is to stimulate interest in mathematics by providing public recog- nition of superior mathematical scholarship and by promoting various mathematical activities. At their biweekly, the membership explore patterns, puzzles, and other curiosities, all of which have indirect or direct relationship to mathematical thinking. Guest speakers and films also form a part of the year's program. Initiation of new mem- bers is held in the Spring of each academic year. Donnice Mims, Tracen Gardner in No Time For Heaven john Eckeberger as Gamper Standley in No Time For Heaven Delta Psi Omega Delta Psi Omega was organized March 20, 1929, as an honorary dramatic fraternity for the purpose of providing an honor society for those doing a high standard of work in dramatics and incidentally through the expan- sion of Delta Psi Omega among the colleges of the United States and Canada, provide a wider fellowship for those interested in the college theatre. The fraternity is not intended to take the place of the regular dramatic club or other producing groups, but as students qualify, they are rewarded by election to membership in this society.
