Bucs Fall to Cards Blinn College's Buccaneers, in spite of the 25-point performance of Anthony Brown, fell to the Henderson County Cardinals, the nation's No. 9ranked junior college basketball team, by an 81-68 score here Thursday night. We played just about as well as we could play, said Buc coach Ernie Stewart. We only had 10 turnovers. But they executed a little better than we did, hit the basket better and out-rebounded us. The Bucs held the difference to four points at the half, 42-38, but couldn't control the Cards the final 20 minutes. Tim Poison was the only other double- figure scorer for the Bucs as the 6-5 freshman from Houston hit for 12 points. Stewart also credited Mitch Gray with a good game, coming off the bench to hit for eight points. Middleton led the Cardinals with 27 points. -4- pn- Rick Forsythe Texas City 1 251
