Miss Buccaneer Contributes Through Activities Miss Buccaneer for 1972-1973 was Debbie Hopkins from Austin. Debbie is an English Major and would like to teach on the high school or junior high level. After completing her two years at Blinn, she plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin. A Blinn cheerleader, Debbie was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Beta Alpha and the Blinn Players. ln 1971, she was selected as Who's Who in Psychology. Mr. Buccaneer Contributes Through Activities The 1972-1973 Mr. Buccaneer was Bill Bohne from Bellville. Bill was a member of the Student Council, Delta Psi Omega, Blinn Players, and the Pep Club. He was vice-president of the Blinn Players and Student Council Representa- tive of Delta Psi Omega. He was also a member of the Buccaneer baseball team and received All-Conference recognition. Bill plans to attend Texas A 84 M University in College Station. He is- a physical education major and plans to enter professional baseball and later coach. 38
