These students become the professional women and men of the business world. The department provides two years of required college work in business for students Who plan to transfer into business administration works in an institution of higher learning and to prepare students for employment in business offices. The department prepares the terminal student Who plans to undertake immediate employment after he has attended one year or two years. Under the care and guidance of business instructors, students learn office conduct, secretarial efficiency, and office management, as well as the essential courses- typewriting, shorthand, accounting.
