Success comes to those who strive to succeed. Everyone knows that the Juniors claim the education they got wasn't a game, and here in the annual we write their aims, which we all know is just a game. One thing we know that won't fail, Frank one day will be with Sophie and she ina veil. Now we pity old Thomas if he aims to be a stenographer, that he will end up with just a little copper. We all know Evelynpwants to graduate, but if she doesn't watch -out.she'll be a little late. Now Jean says she does- n't want to get married, but we all know' she'll be pushing that carriage. The way that -W. M. is about his Lab. work, it seems that one day he will conquer the earth. 'Now if Sidney would.n't be stri- ving so hard, I-'m sure he would make the team with the rest of the boys. Now Georgie says that she ca.n't have dates, but we all know that this little scheme is just a fake. Gilbert Saba goes to all the fomal balls without eating bread and jelly, but he still may end up in the place of Gene Kelley. We all wonder why Frankie Gaas used to make such good grades daily, coulda it have been on account of Faye Baily? Now Mary Ann talks about a lot of boys, but at their age they shouldn't have forgotten their toys. The way that Emma Jean quarrels about volleyball, next year she'll probably end up not playing at all. Leo now seems to have a dame, and he really en- joys playing when she cheers for him at the game. Now Marion is ai- ways talking about his datesg if he does-n't start studying he won't graduate. Julia very seldom comes to school, but somehow she al- ways knows our rules. Joyce is always Quiet and sweet, and her re- port card just can't be beat. Mary' Jane has -all the fun, Robert, her dream guy, she has won. We wonder who is Hattie Faye' s dream many we have to find out what we can. - To Houston Mary Ellen goes, in Search of those good-looking. beaus.. Last but not least is a cute little chick, Mamie Jewel, who knows all the tricks. Mrs. Wheeler is a big hunk of gladness, washing away sorrow and ending sadness.
