After months of planning and two tiring days of rushed decoration, the faculty, seniors, juniors, and guests were presented with Tender Is The Night. Gifts for Junior Class Sponsors, Mrs. Jessie Kegley and Mr. Roger Thompson The scene was a colonial garden w ith its w inding moss- covered paths and the beautiful pond w ith its bridge en- twined with ivy . Seated in the shadow's of a pink canopy, those attending enjoyed refreshments by candlelight and danced to music of a sixteen piece orchestra. As a final farewell to the 1968 Senior Class, they were reminded that. T ender Is The Night. 52 ACTIVITIES The Seventh Annual Harvest Festival 1968-1969 Harvest Festival Court Queen Belinda Saunders G Escort Thomas Shewey Princess Kathy Hounshell G Escort Tony Thompson 54 Sarah Dunn, narrator, taking a break.
