St ■ £- S ' s ' LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the members of the graduating class of Bland High School, ii year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-six, do hereby bequeatl following items to those who are less fortunate than us, in this, our will. Collectively, the Senior Class wills the following: To the school, we leave our impression on the sand of time with the hope that the class of 1 956 will never be forgotten in the annuals of Bland High School. To the faculty, we leave all the startling information and amazing knowledge with which we have supplied them on our examination papers from time to time. We know that much which we have imparted to them in this way has been entirely new to them and would throw much fnew light on many familiar line of thought throughout the entire world, even outside the halls and walls of B. H. S. To the Juniors, we leave all the old chewing gum stuck on the bottom of the desks in the Senior room. To the Sophomore s , we give our abundant store of knowledge , pounded into our thick skulls by the poor old faculty. To the Freshmen, we will the privileges and hardship it takes to be- come Seniors. Individually, we make the following personal bequests of the things we have held most dear throughout our high school days: I, Jean Melvin, will my love for Hollybrook to Yvonne Durham. I, Billy Muncy , will my ability to ring the outside bell to Billy Strock. I, Gary Walker, will my ability to use flashlights to Jimbo Muncy. I, Margaret Tickle, will my giggling ways to Thelma Wilson. I, Doug Sarver, will my ability to get out on Saturday night to Billy Dehart. I, Jimmy Dehart, will my ability to drive and Dallas Midkiff to Dewey Conley. We, Mildred Wolfe and Shelby Ramsey, will our seats in the Senior room to Nancy Tate and Mona Scott. We, Ruby Wilson and Phyllis Melvin, will our ability to catch boy- friends to Joyce Puckett and Sue Muncy. I, Danny Bird, will my never failing ability to have good luck with the family car on date night to anybody that wants to and pity the person that gets it. 4
