qSenior Sneak Dayn On Friday, September lu, at 7.00 A, M,, twenty-two Knot fully awake! seniors met on the main street of Bland to sneak noisily off to a full day at Bagnell Dam, Mr, Dawson, Marion Bartruff and Mildred Branson volunteered to take their cars and try to keep everyone out of mischief. One of our Senior boys, Philip Farris took his father's car. We stopped for a quick breakfast at a small town called Iberia. After eating and taking a few pictures we journey- ed on toward Bagnell Dam. We arrived at Bagnell between 9 and 9:30 A. M. Everyone climbed out of the cars, stretched and then scattered in every direction. We divided our time during the day into different types of entertainment, consisting of speed boat riding, eatin , speed boat ridins, a visit to HPanthom Avre , speed boat ridine, and an afternoon cruise on the arry Don Nhile some of the seniors J re on the after noon cruise the rest of us took a tour throufh the dam, which much to our surpri e was very interest nd About 3 30 P A we all get together and decided head in the direction of Jefferson City to attend the show before we went home Arrivinv at Jeff lone before show time, we all separated apain After goinv throuvh all the stores in Jeff and eating supper most of us lined up in front of Mont omery Ward to wait for the show to open After two nice calm Friday nicht shows ve started for dear old Bland We arrived home about midnight with everyone sleepy but happy All of us, I am sure, vish their were more than one nSneak Dayu in our Senior school days Sue Branso n as 'fs 'X -if 'rr ft gym..
