8th Grade Pres. P. Francis, Vice-Pres. D. McEntyTe, Sec. C. Coyen, Treas. J. Brooks, Rep. D. Hearon The eighth grade class got off to a good start this year by selecting Phil Francis as class president, David McEntyre as vice-president, Connie Goyen as secretary, Jake Brooks as treasurer, and David Hearon as class reporter. The eight grade class had a first this year! Their car won first prize in the Homecoming Parade. Connie Coyne was the class's selection for football queen attendant. The money raising project this year was the sale of key chains. These key chains were imprinted with Blanchard Lions . Many eighth graders participated in sports, vocal music, and band. It was a good year for the eighth grade class from a standpoint of achievement and success!
