A newcomer to the Blanchard schools was the STUDENT COUNCIL. The STUDENT COUNCIL was made up of representatives from each organization and each of the classes. They worked closely with all of the organizations to instill school spirit and enthusiasm. Some of their projects were decorating the lobby for Christmas and giving the trophy case in the gym a much needed cleaning. Because she has school spirit that's why! All of this adds up to be a Blanchard High School PEP CLUB member. The girls also worked constantly at concession stands and sold ribbons and homecoming mums. The high point of their year is the All-Sports Banquet held in honor of the Athletes of Blanchard High School.
