Tenth graders, too, must enroll in English II which includes one semester of grammar and one semester of literature. The Junior English curriculum includes one semester of American literature and one semester of grammar. The students who arc Seniors arc enrolled in English IV. English IV is a one semester study of grammar with an emphasis on composition and one semester of English literature utilizing Shakespeares’ MACBETH for further study of drama.
