Jesse Wright Robert Plugge. and William Tripp This has been a busy year they admit Beginning with a successful bond issue for a new high school in 1968, the Blair Board of Edu- cation faced the project of reorganizing rural school districts as well as planning a new building Late hours and long discussions became a habit as ideas moved toward reality. The dream came true when nine hundred students streamed through the doors of a new school on January 6, 1971. Other topics of discussion included full-time bussing, school safety, the hot lunch program, and the sale of rural schools. Board members are Mrs. Lela Neve, Mr Robert Plugge, Mr Jess Wright, Mr. Robert Blo- baum. Mr. Jon Stewart, Mr. Harold Schjodt, Mr. Jim Foley, and Mrs. Mary Matthies.
