To this purpose they were wholly dedicated. ln the course of the years gone by and the years to come, students were and will be exposed to many different methods of education ---- some modern and some not so modern. But most likely, each method will have the same goals, each lecture a lesson, every assignment a purpose, each good example another step toward good character, and every eighth period a lesson in responsibility. The faculty and administration are well aware of their powers of influence. They do their jobs quietly and efficiently, often without spoken gratitude or even mindful thanks. Appreciation sometimes shows up years later, when we are in college or iust plain out of high school. Appreciation most often shows itself in the good student. But too often, we don't stop and think ---- we don't stop and say, Thank you!
