Lets Get Phys'ca I fl' iff 'ffl' fl' The P.E. department at Blair deals with more than games and sports. Skills which students may use during the course of their life are attempted to be taught. Stu- dents are encouraged to enjoy participat- ing in sports and games that they pre- viously have not been exposed to. Here at Blair, students may choose from the regu- lar sports like football, basketball, and baseball but also have the option to select unique activities including golf, bicycling, dance, aerobic dance, and badminton. Classes in Chinese, as well as Spanish, are available for those students who have not yet obtained total command of the English language. Another program, though much less in demand, nonetheless. desired, is that of JROTC, Uunior Recruit Officer's Training Corpsj. This group of approximately 30 members meets as a regular class, but may also be found at lunch or after school polishing up their skills.
