is Math Department Solves All Proble This year math requirementS became more rigorous and students literally hit the books in such classes as algebra, ge- ometry and trigonometry. Due to increas- ing requirements by the colleges, stu- dents were advised to take more math- ematics. Our math teachers are very involved in activities in and around Blair. Mr. Aroma- tario is the advisor of the Jr. class, as well as the baseball coach at Muir. The chess club benefits from Mr. Larsen's expertise. The overall opinion about Blair's Busi- ness Department is that it is very effec- tive in preparing students for future ca- reers. D g- Mrs. Taylor is the proud advisor of CSF and BEACON. The Sophomore class en- joys Mrs. Williams cheerful help as its ad- visor. Due to the great demand for com- puter classes, Mr. McDonald has been able to utilize his vast knowledge of the com- puter field. Mr. Lopez helps our Latino population understand the already con- fusing mathematics. Throughout the year, the math teachers supported us wholeheartedly, in every way, means and manner possible.
