Though the year was tough for the staff and a number of responsibilities were un- expectedly thrust upon them our mighty Viking leaders pulled through. In green and gold t-shirts, they strode through the tunnel with inspiring smiles on their faces. Could a day go by without Ken Olson's cheerful hello? The friendly Hey Kiddo from Mr. Parcell was nice to hear after failing a chemistry test. Mr. Morrow's compassion concerning student activities was overwhelming. Hey, l knew that Storms guy wasn't so bad after all. And of course the line of eager students waiting to dance with Mrs. Lesley proved that ad- ministrators are our friends as well as our mentors. The administration does a lot more than students realize. They dedicate a great deal of time and they are always around when they are needed. We would like to take this time to thank them for all the little things they do that make our years at Blair special. ff'dfl'C' 'l'C'l'l'l' ' ' ' I 46 Nm! l?1lmp3A'v 3. dmini tration hold Tight Through Thi k And Thin As September rolled around and Blair- ites were rushing to get the last bit of fun out of summer, the administration was working hard on their plan of action for the upcoming year. The class programs were sent out and the students were in- formed of the day they should attend the registration festivities. The school year commenced with many disturbances. Budget cuts, teachers' salaries, and stu- dent busing were the major problems. The new conditions caused many headaches and frustrations, but due to our adminis- tration's organization, the situation was resolved. 1 ' 'Ill' fffl' QB' iifl' C' ' 565 ,i fifth 'S' A, R ix M64 X fn A V If , fy .W 1 -can D X .W it M ,,.v rf I ! 1 - - as . 1 . f' u ' is 5 JZ ' 7' 2 . , ' a 4 A A QF qw ,1 if U .ij-' 9 I 4 'mx 'f' 7, g I ,V l T V, , g ' - so , if' 2 K T if 1 - f 5 1 , Above: Top row - Charles Parcell, Ken Olsen.
