ma ic I memories Though the heavens had opened up and sent heavy rain to Pasadena on November I2, spirits could not be dampened and lots of people turned up at our l985 Homecom- ing game. Umbrellas at the ready the crowd watched the Vikings forge ahead through mud and water to defeat the South Pasadena Tigers in an I8-6 win. The parade of cars containing the Homecoming court, was absent due to the drenched condition of the field. The court was then presented in a modest fashion in front of. the crowd with plastic bags around their pretty shoes. The theme Magical Memories was presented in the colors of pink, grey, white and and burgundy. The colors were used in varying combinations for the dresses and tuxedos of the court making the grey day look a little brighter. 26 Homecoming
