We were 11 1-las-1 ot' twenty green girls and boys with 11 lot to learn, but very eager to get started on the serond step up our ladder ot' edua 1-11111111. As a elass we did nothing outstanding that year and the most interesting event was our class pirnie in the spring. In l950 we were Sophomores. We found that we had lost six members trom our rlass. Esta Blythe, Columbine Harmon, Martha Hylton, James Kelly, Adah Maxie, Deloras Triplett, and Wendell Parker were missing from our small group. As our class was few in number we felt sorrow at the loss ot each member. This year the Faculty Student Union was organized in our school. Marie Szilyer, Mary Stevins, .ind Wilma Evans were selected to represent 11111 1-11151 11111115 11rg.11111111111111, In l'95l we gained one mernber, Jim Blake, and lost Calvin Green, Verlina Moore, and l,nnzo Wellman, During this year we worked very hard to help raise money to build a school lunrh room. Inez Ferguson was elected Queen of 1111-1fa11c.1rn1y111. As 1111111111 we 111111111 a p111y 're11 P111 Tom . Int-1, Ferguson was our new member to the Fafulty Student Union. Each member when elected serves until he graduates. As Seniors ot 195.2 we gained one member, Eunire Mullins, Jo rdan. and lost Wilma Evans, Inez Ferguson, and Leon M11rie Szilyer, Janiee Butler, Eunite Mulliyis, Blanc he Wellman, and Howard Gartin now represent our class in the Faculty Student Union.
