MARCHING BA This year's active band participated in two concerts. They represented Blaine, in concert formation, at the band contest in Bellingham this spring and as a marching unit in various parades. Mr . During the year the choir took part in the Christmas and Spring Concert. In November they sent four mem- bers to take part in the Northwest Honor Festival in Sedro Woolley. Officers were elected in September. They were Danny Ray Jones, Presidentg Bill Dodd, Vice Prcsidentg Karen Varness, Secretaryg and Peggy Wampler, Treasurer.
