EAMES k R Mrs. Alesse has taught at Blaine for four years. She teaches English and typing. She is also an advisor for the Seventh grade. Mr. Bianchi, who is an advisor to the Soph- omore class, teaches history and math. It is his first year at Blaine. Mr. Callender teaches Woodshop and Driver's Education and is also an advisor to the concessions and grade Eight. He has taught at Blaine for twelve years. Mr. Claymore has taught Biology and Sci- ence at Blaine for three years. He advised the Sophomores and also the Lettermen. Mr. Creasey teaches Boys' P. E. He has been at Blaine for ten years. Miss Cronk teaches Girls' P. E. She is an advisor to the G.A.A, and Lettergirls. It is her twenty-second year at Blaine. Miss Davis has taught at Blaine for one year. Her classes include English and Spanish. She is also an advisor to the Junior class. Mr. Eames, who has taught five years at Blaine, teaches English and typing. He is also the advisor to the Debate Club.

Blaine Schools Capably Run Mrs. Margaret Hansen, Mr. Irvin Ricketts Mr. Ricketts, Superintendent, supervises the op- erations of the Blaine School District. Mr. Campin, principal of the High School, Mr. Murphy, principal of the Junior High and Mrs. Fischer, secretary were friends as well as coun- selors to all the students of Blaine. Mr. Campin who has been with the Blaine School District for twenty-six years received the Administrator of the Year Award for Whatcom Skagit, and Island coun- ties for promotion of quality education in the state by evidence of their intellectual excellence, under- standing of children, teacher welfare, and commu- nity activities. Mr. William Murphy, Mrs. Arlene Fischer, Mr. Reginald Campin. Mr. Bud Dodd, Mr. Allen Amsberry Mr. Howard Hill, Mrs. Irene Waters, Mr. Bob Hansen, Mrs. Margaret Hansen. The Blaine District School Board helps to govern many of the decisions of the schools. Offering their judgement, they insure that Blaine Schools will be able to offer the best possible education to its students. Mr. Nunamaker and his secretary, Mrs. Bobbink lead the younger ones in our School District. He serves as advisor to the Junior High Student Council and Honor Society and has been at Blaine for six years. Mr. Nash was at Blaine for his first year. He taught English and advises the Debate Club, and the Sophomore class. Mrs. Noack is the school librarian. She is ad- visor to the Cheer and Song leaders. It was her first year at Blaine. v
