if The Key to Friendship is an important one-perhaps the most important of all. For at Bladensburg this key will open the door to friendships which will last throughout our lives. Early in high school we begin to learn how to turn this key. For all of us the first year of high school is a year of meeting new people. For many of us, this is the time when friendships, destined to last for many years, take form. Throughout high school we gather numerous memories of such important events as All Bladensburg Night, Northwestern football games, and our proms. These will not remain in our memories as important events alone, what we will remember is the companions which made these occasions outstanding. This key does not halt its turning with graduation, but continues to give lasting rewards of happiness. l7
