enior adn ar- O! guenfd September 12 - The first day of school and we were seniors of B.H.S. at last. October 26 - Minstrel-Herels where we showed our -talentll? November 1, 2 - Winter Conference - Teachers workedg students played. November 7-Election Day -School was closed. November 13, 14, 15-Senior and faculty pictures were taken. November 16-T.B. X-rays were taken. Are we in shape? November 18-Y clubs sponsored the Harvest Dance. November 23, 24-Thanksgiving Holidays-County Football Championship game was played. We lost to Maryland Park and placed second in league. December 8-The Twirp Dance sponsored by the SCROLL gave the Cals'l an opportunity to ask their favorite guy. December 17, 18-Annual Christmas Program-The one-act play By-line for St. Luke was presented at the assembly. December 23-Christmas holidays began and we welcomed a much needed rest. january 3-Holidays were over-Back to school! February 2-Teachers Mid-Year Conference at which the County Chorus sang. Another holi- day for us. February 23-All Bladensburg Night. It was the highlight of the year and a big night for the seniors. March 3-Senior Prom was held at the Kennedy- Warren Hotel. March 12-Career night for seniors in Prince Ceorge's County. March 22, 27-Easter holidays. April 3-Meet Me In St. Louis was presented by the senior class under the direction of Miss O'Neill May 26-Juniors paid their respects to the seniors at the Junior-Senior Prom. June 1-Under the direction of Mr. Hoffman, Bla- densburgls well-organized band presented its Hrst Band Concert' Iune 6-Senior week began. june ?-Yearbook came out. June F-Baccalaureate Service.
