This choir has made many appearances giving programs and broadcasts. SENIOR CHOIR: Even though this is an elective subject the enrollment is very high. This shows a decided interest of the student body in music education. BAND: The BLADES MARCHING BAND is a combination of the Junior and Senior Band. Some of their activities for the year follow: I. Football games away and home -- halftime shows. Attractive formation of these halftime shows. add color and spirit to our games. 2. Community Service -- Church programs, local parades and parades in neighboring communities, school assemblies. 3. Exchange concerts with other schools. 4. Local concert group for our own community. GENERAL MUSIC PROGRAM! We have a Music Education Program which includes instruction in vocal, instrumental and musical theory. The majority of our students participate in at least one phase of the music program. Several students in at least two of these activities. Therefore, our program is quite comprehensive. We hope that you enjoy our musical presentations as much as we enjoy preparing for them and pre- senting them to you.
