We hope that the Pow Wow for 1957 will always call to mind happy memories whenever and wherever it is opened. The Kipps ' Award, an annual award honoring the long and faithful service of Miss Florence Kipps and Miss Mae Kipps, is presented by the Alumni As sociation of Blacksburg High School to the person who has contributed the most to the improvement of the school in the past year. Mr. R. T. Hale, principal, received the first of these awards this year on November 3, 1956, as part of the pre-game activities of homecoming.
