LANCE STAFF The Lance staff began the year with one goal in mind, to make the '66-'67 Lance the best written and best overall paper the school has ever had. The goal was to be achieved by not only reporting the news but also reflecting the changing attitudes of the students and teachers at Blackford. In the minds of the editors and reporters who devoted their time and effort to writing the Lance, the goal was accomplished with spectacular success. The staff hopes for a first place or at least a second place in the National Scholastic Press Association Standings. David Eastman Editor Y E---...... in Poge Editors: Row l: N. Biess, B. Kimura, K.
