The season started the middle of August with 25 girls participat- ing for B.J.H.S. volleyball. Blackfoot Jr. High’s record for the season was: 9th Grade, 7-3; 8th Grade, 9-1. Ten teams make up the I pper Snake River Conference. Con- ference play was held on a Sat- urday for only 9th Grade. Out of the ten teams, Blackfoot took 4th. The 8th Grade shared the championship with Cagle Rock. Both teams had a very success- ful year due to the hard work and determination the girls put forth.
