Considering that the practices were not well attended, the season was ended with fifteen boys reporting ref gularly. Coach Martindale, after the better part ofthe season, made a shift to the backfield which resulted in a much stronger offense. Eleven of our letter men graduate this year. vu.. They had a slow breaking team that could put on the pressure when necessary. Led by l-lerm Dillard they thrilled the fans with two wins over the Pocatello I n d i a n s. Although seriously handi- capped by the lack of a tall center they came through the season with sixteen wins, and three losses. Hopes are bright for another good team next year as there are many promis- ing players on the Baby Bronco team, and there will be three main string players back.
