Foreword Another school year ends. For some this is just a necessary means by which to accomplish a final goal--graduation. For the seniors, this goal has already been accomplished. They have walked through the halls of BHS for the last time as students, and by doing so, they have become a part of its history. It is this history that we, the 1966 Black Quill staff, hope to capture and preserve in this year- book. For the seniors, this will be a final tes- timoney of the study, the work, the excitement, the frustration, the hopes, and the friends that they have shared together throughout their sen- ior year. It is our hope that these experiences and as- sociations will serve as a basis upon which to build our future and also, in our later years, as a memoir of our youth. Contents
