DEDICATION Mr. Donald R. Hanson has been our music in- structor since 19 9 Under his direction the band has grown from twenty-five to one hundred sixty instruments, and the chorus from thirty girls to eighty mixed voices. Since Blackduck High School joined the league two years ago, the chorus has won a re- gional trophy, and other music groups have re- ceived high ratings. Mr. Hanson and his wife, also an outstand- ing musician teaching piano, organ, and voice, are the proud parents of four children. Our school and community are indeed fortu- nate to have a music leader like Mr. Hanson. It is our privilege, as the Seniors of I96I, to honor him at this time.
