— Dedication Mr. Robert Underbrink This year, the yearbook staff has the honor of dedicating the ’84 annual to two distinguished individuals. Mr. Robert Underbrink has served as the Head Librarian at Blackburn for over 10 years. .Besides the normal task of overseeing the daily functions of the library and handling numerous aspects within the department (i.e. budget, staff, etc.) , he has a distinct quality with people. Many students have found Mr. Under- brink to be a heartwarming and caring individual who is willing to listen and provide assistance if needed. We hope that students will continue to utilize this man as a caring friend. Dean Frances Mitchell is currently the Dean of Students, a position that is being terminated as of the ’84 year. Ms. Mitchell has a long history associated with the college. She was a student, assistant registar, registar, resident director and now holds the position of Dean of Students.
