Eeclicafion We, the Senior Clas of l96l, being the first class to graduate from the new Black River High School Building, wish to dedicate our annual, The Echo, to the members of the former school boards of Homer, Huntington, Spencer, and Sullivan, whose interest and unceasing efforts united five small communities of dedicated citizens into one school district. The labors of these people plus the work of the present school board have brought about our beautiful new building. Words cannot express our gratitude for the fruits of their labor. We are sure that as they watch Black River High School Grow, they will feel that their dreams have been fulfilled.
