Robin Crowell gets up to do some intensive studying of Socrates. 6:32 After having changed her clothes eight times, Lee Ann Lannon calculates on her slide rule that there is still time for seventy-two more changes. 7:06 Rogers Baker and Joe Beauchain come in from an all-night raid and get their hour’s sleep. 7:59 Larry Plumb helps two old ladies across the street. 8:20 Ruth Garrow fells Craig Hall with a judo chop when he accidentally knocks some books off her desk. Rory Conway wonders if she'll last until lunch. Paula Dockum offers up a little bull. During Mrs. Mable's class, Rick Hains sits on the ostrich egg he's trying to hatch. Pam Woodell takes time out of P.A.D. class to grind out a letter to the Easter Bunny. Carol Gilbert, who secretly admires Flash Gordon, in a fit of rage, fires her ray gun at Mr. Pullinen. During advanced math class, Judy Stocker and Bev Brunelle review last night's activities. Pam Tyrrell decides to spend her lunch period in silent meditation. Reggie Matz gets rolled by some seventh grader for a Hershey bar. Betsy Flanders shows off the chrome-plated, three speed sandals that she made in home economics. Edie Sampson, Lynn Thomas, and Theresa Paul decide to send in applications for the Foreign Legion. Monitors Donna Parker, Pat Farrar, and Diann Davidson run over to the grade school, to quell a demonstration by some first graders for a longer cookie and milk break. Janet Lehto and Janice Fuller come staggering out of the Guidance office with reams of questionnaires to fill out. For a science project, Simone Paradis and Betty Massey perform major surgery on John Rowe, who wakes up with three fingers and a plastic head. Joe Gurdak and Dianne Billings are ahead by two lengths of the mass exodus of students, leaving the school building. In a drag race, Walt Weber gets sucked up by the school bus. Pat West goes east. Jeff Lawrence gets a ride home from one of the women in his harem. Diane Bowers stalls her GTO. After Leo Barrows rams Mari Heikkinen into his gasoline tank, he feels that he won't have to worry about tigers for at least three weeks. Marty Hoffman goes over the blueprints for an addition to his sandbox. Paul Butler gives his mating call. Mike Frye sniffs the rose in his lapel and thinks of beautiful things. Pauline Stevens turns her electric blanket up to nine and sighs con- tentedly.’ Cherly Goodrich and Joy Parker put the finishing touches on the Banner.
